How do I know my booking is confirmed?
Once your booking is complete, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing all relevant details. This email includes a printable “e-Voucher” that acts as your proof of purchase and provides all necessary information about your reserved services.
What is an “e-Voucher”?
The youcharter.it e-Voucher is a unique travel document confirming your booking. Generated in PDF or email format, it is sent to the email address provided during the reservation. You must present this voucher to your guide or driver at the meeting point.
Why do you use e-Vouchers?
e-Vouchers align with eco-friendly practices by reducing the need for printing. Simply store the voucher on your device and present it when required. Many suppliers accept e-Vouchers displayed directly on smartphones, tablets, or other devices. If this option is available, it will be noted on the voucher.
What if I don’t get a reply to my email?
If you don’t see a response, check your spam folder, as some emails may be flagged incorrectly. Our team strives to respond reliably, but human error can occur. If you’re certain the issue isn’t related to your email settings, please resend your message. For urgent inquiries, we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp, where we can assist with details like meeting points, weather updates, or other tour information.
I didn’t receive my e-Voucher. What should I do?

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Maximum capacity: 8–10 passengers (an extra passenger may be accommodated depending on the selected boat or yacht).
Payment: Full prepayment or deposit with balance paid on board (deposits are non-refundable in case of no-show).
Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before the service date.
CANCELLATION FEES
100% of the booking price if canceled 1 day or less before the event.
50% if canceled 2 days or less before the event.
20% if canceled 3 days or less before the event.

Where do I find the meeting point of my activity?
Every activity page lists the exact pick-up point/town – we normally get in touch with you in the morning, prior to the tour start, to give you directions to meet us.
How can I identify the boat or the skipper waiting for me?
All information will be provided at the booking confirmation. Normally, we contact you one day before and again on the morning of the boat tour. If we are fully booked on a particular day and need to assign a partner boat, you will be informed promptly, and all necessary information and pictures will be shared. We work only with qualified boat tour specialists to ensure professional service.
What can I do if I still do not locate the boat or skipper?
Please call the emergency number listed on your e-Voucher, and our customer staff will assist you.
What is an average waiting time for a boat tour at the pier?
For private boat tours, the skipper will usually be at the private pier 10–15 minutes before the agreed time unless there are unexpected delays beyond their control. Please be patient, and we will update you accordingly.
Are there any boat tour reductions for children?
For boat tours, children are considered as adults, as the boat can allow only a fixed number of passengers.
Can I make a change to the tour along the way?
For private boat tours, we usually follow a standard route. However, customers can adjust the itinerary regarding what to see first and how long to spend at each spot. Additional destinations or extended time will be quoted upon request. Contact our Customer Care Service for assistance (a surcharge may apply).
Which kind of boat will be provided for my tour?
youcharter.it uses its own brand-new, Made in Italy walk-around style boats. You can view our fleet online. Additionally, we work exclusively with loyal and qualified suppliers who use well-known and newly registered brands, like gozzo-style or day cruises. Boat types may vary depending on the supplier.
How many pieces of luggage are permitted for my boat tour?
Luggage is not allowed on board. Customers can bring standard beach bags or backpacks.
I forgot something on the boat. How can I recover it?
Please contact our customer service team immediately. They will make every effort to help you retrieve your belongings.
I already paid for my tour but can no longer travel. Can I get a refund?
Yes, the tour can be canceled up to 48 hours before the departure date for a full refund (less credit card commissions). For cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
Do your skippers speak English?
The skippers of youcharter.it speak English, as do most of the skippers from our partner companies.
Do I share the tour with other people?
We typically provide private boat tours, so customers will not share the service with others. However, shared boat tours can be arranged upon request. Please contact us via email or phone for more information.
How far in advance should I book a boat excursion or transfer?
You can usually reserve through youcharter.it up to 24 hours before the departure time, depending on availability. For some services, we recommend booking in advance to take advantage of special “Early Booking Offers.”
How can I get in touch in case of delays or urgent communications?
In unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or bad weather, our transport may experience slight delays. Please contact the emergency number on your e-Voucher for updates.
What happens if I am late?
Contact us immediately to see if you can still join the tour. For private services, we can wait, but delays may impact the overall experience duration. For shared services, joining may not be possible. In such cases, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
What happens if I miss my activity?
If you do not appear at the agreed meeting point, a 100% cancellation fee applies. This fee could include the total prepaid amount or a 50% deposit. Your booking will be classified as a no-show.
The weather is bad. Should I cancel my tour?
Before deciding to cancel due to weather, contact youcharter.it or the supplier. Tour operation depends on the type of excursion and expected weather conditions. If the activity is canceled due to impractical conditions, you will receive a full refund. However, if we decide to operate and you opt not to participate, cancellation fees apply per our policy.
